June 25, 2020: Email is sent to BOTH contacts of the Permanent Guardianship Commission.
The abuse and neglect of my nephew, Casey – clearly stated.
Clearly documented in the email.
The email is copied to all Washoe County Commissioners

The facts:
FACT: A letter written by Steven Hockenberry, the Case Manager, to the Legislature February 26, 2019:
‘…case managers in our office are not hired as criminal investigators;
‘…nor do we have any other employee who is qualified for such a task.
Class Specifications for a Guardian Case Manager,
‘…does not reference completing an investigation …”
FACT: STEVEN HOCKENBERRY, a case manager, writes the investigative report(s) for the hearing
The reports used to rip Casey from his family.
Hey – Patience can’t lose any money!
The court sends him to jail.

The prison director, is Patience Aiyuk
Patience is a close friend of Steven Hockenberry.
BUDDIES TO THE END!
Hockenberry is the case manager – convenient!
FACT: The law requires a hearing to release Casey from prison
THE. TWISTED. LAW.
You see, burned oatmeal, RAW meat and rotten food is fed to Casey in prison.
A male attendant ‘observes’ Casey while taking a shower
SICK
The final straw:
Suspicion of sexual abuse by that same male attendant.
As if Casey’s abuse as a child wasn’t enough
Patience heard about this hearing.
She filed for emergency guardianship with the court.

Steven’s friend can’t lose all that money!
He writes the investigative report!
No ACTUAL facts in the report.
Patience will lose all that money!
The $19000.00 she gets every month for Casey.
His Medicare and his Medicaid – gone.
FACT:
NOW – family visitations are allowed in public. places. only.
Casey’s weight loss is clear
He is not given his medication.
Pictures are taken and posted on a Facebook page.
The pictures show the extent of the abuse
FACT: Calls to Casey from his family -monitored
They tell Casey what to say on the call…
‘Hello, I love you. Good bye.’
FACT: The public guardian is told about the abuse and neglect.
Tracey DID NOTHING.
FACT: Abuse hotline is called
THEY DID NOTHING.
WHY ARE THEY THERE ??????
FACT: Law enforcement contacted to do welfare checks.
LAW ENFORCEMENT IS STOPPED AT THE DOOR.
FACT: Adult Protective Services contacted.
THEY DID NOTHING.
FACT: Patience sees the Facebook page.
She had her buddy Steven call a meeting in June 2020.
The result of the meeting?
Visitations will be stopped if she takes any more pictures!
FBI RED FLAGS ==> PROFESSIONAL GUARDIANSHIP FRAUD
The victim’s family members – visitation restrictions.
The victim – not given adequate exercise.
The victim – not fed well.
The Court Appointed Guardian – not required to account for funds stolen from victim.
Large amounts of victim’s money – missing.
The press or media – not told what is happening. The court forbids it
No one gets paid unless the “ward” is placed under court-appointed guardianship.
The court-appointed guardian uses the victim’s money to sue his/her family
The trust, will and durable power of attorney of the victim – negated by the court.
The family of the victim – harassed
The family of the victim – threatened
The victim’s family – intimidated by authorities
Hockenberry and Patience – experts at this!
Charges of ‘CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE’ – levied against the family or friends of the victim.
… if they try to help their loved one.
They are jailed – a diversion tactic – distracts from the true crime,
…the crime taking place in the courtroom against the victim.
(Casey’s mother – set up for this by the case manager!)
The commission is in place to STOP THIS KIND OF ABUSE!!! Right?
