Care;

No refusal of treatment

No experimentation;

privacy;

(Casey HAS NO PRIVACY!)

      1.  Every patient of a medical facility or facility for the dependent has the right to:

      (a) Receive considerate and respectful care. (food MUST be editable!)

      (d) Retain his or her privacy

NO Shower Observation!

NO phone calls monitored!

      (f) Receive continuous care from the facility.

The patient must be informed:

             (1) Of appointments for treatment

             (2) the need for continuing care.

Casey is NOT getting his medication!

In the United States:

The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects freedom of religion

Casey is a US citizen

Casey cannot practice his religion

He writes false investigative reports

Prison staff violating Casey’s privacy

Prison staff violating Casey’s rights

State and federal prisoners have more rights than Casey!

Prisoners on death row have more rights than Casey!

Casey IS a US Citizen

Casey’s human rights are violated.

and mental well-being;

Casey is isolated from his family

Impacting his physical and mental health

I guess justice is REALLY blind!
