We directly represented more than 1,600 people, including 282 protected persons in adult guardianship cases, 307 victims of domestic violence, and 982 children in the foster care system.

SHE SIGNED THE ORDER MANDATING CASEY RETURN TO THE PRISON – CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES OF NORTHERN NEVADA ! ! !
Furthermore – how can this organization state they are in place to ‘help’ the disabled when, in fact, one of their attorneys are Enabling Abuse and Neglect of the Disabled.
Yeah – you read it right!
Specifically – a member of this organization is advocating abuse and neglect of the disabled by their very actions – or lack thereof – when ‘representing’ these helpless people!
Casey’s mother took him from that prison.
THEN – Lisa Evans – a lawyer who works for Washoe Legal Services – drafted and submitted the Emergency Ex Parte motion ORDERING Casey’s mother to place him back in prison.

In subsequent hearings all Lisa Evans did was sit back and watch the show.
Lisa Evans DID NOT defend or fight for her client Casey.
Did Lisa Evans investigate?
The so-called ‘group homes’ – OR PRISONS – Casey WAS ORDERED TO GO TO?
Did Evans even wonder why?
Group homes – plural?
Yup!
First home was just a rental – no medical services provided.
AND
The second home is ALSO another rental – owned by an entirely different person.
YET –
The MASTER continues to perjure himself by indicating the subsequent homes are under the umbrella of the PRISON.
How?
Court documents indicate the new ‘home’ address as ‘Creative Possibilities of Northern Nevada c/o [new address]!
Casey HAS NOT been under the PRISON’S care for over a year!
This LIE cannot be found out!
If the government and the Social Security Administration find out – the money is gone!
Can’t do DNA testing with a disabled adult on the premises!
No. Nada. Zilch!
No research made on the financing of the ‘group homes’.
Specifically –
There was no validation that the subsequent ‘group homes’ are actually under the ‘guidance (if you can call it that!)’ of the PRISON
