Why does Patience Aiyuk, the prison director, have so many aliases?

A nickname is enough documentation to obtain I.D.’s

Everything needed to operate under that nickname or alias.

They fill out applications under their nickname.

No one will get their criminal history.

Why?

They use every trick to hide their bad criminal record.
