JUST LIKE APRIL PARKS
Just like April Parks.
Well, almost.
She will serve up to 40 years in prison.
Creative Possibilities of Northern Nevada is STILL IN BUSINESS
Casey is STILL THEIR PRISONER
The Norths’ case – the red flag.
Without realizing it, the Norths had become temporary wards of the court.
April Parks filed an emergency ex-parte petition.
JUST LIKE CREATIVE POSSIBILITIES OF NORTHERN NEVADA DID!
It provides an exception to the rule that both parties must be notified of any argument before a judge.
She alleged that the Norths posed a “substantial risk for mismanagement of medications, financial loss and physical harm.”
Hmmmm – fraudulent investigative report from Hockenberry
The case manager who WROTE the report and submitted it as evidence
He has no experience in investigating ANYTHING:
https://www.leg.state.nv.us/Session/80th2019/Exhibits/Senate/JUD/SJUD350D.pdf
Read all about it:
Yeah -ELDERLY again – seems justice is discriminating against YOUNG disabled adults!
Casey’s age – no help because he is NOT AN ELDERLY MAN.
Just like April Parks.
Patience Aiyuk, the prison director, did EXACTLY WHAT APRIL PARKS DID.
Well, MAYBE NOT EXACTLY
Her buddy, the case manager, supplied the unsubstantiated evidence – not a doctor.
Patience would not contact a doctor – they are MANDATED BY LAW TO TELL THE TRUTH.
No such mandate in place for a case manager – the MASTER guardian!
Why does the age of a person limit help given?
I read an article online.
I emailed the author, Dari Pogach, and copied the American Bar Association:
‘Wow!
It’s like you know about what is happening to my nephew. He is a YOUNG Disabled Adult.
…his mother was told by the case manager assigned that no more photos can be taken of him or visitations will be terminated!
Dari responded.
Thank you for sharing your story with me. I am sorry to hear about the difficult you and your nephew have had with the guardianship system.
Please be advised that the American Bar Association does not offer individual representation.
Sincerely,
