Certified Guardians = More Pain and Suffering
Certified Guardians = More Pain and Suffering
What ? ! ?
A complaint was submitted to the so-called accreditation center for Mr. Hockenberry regarding his violation of several standards.
Standards, Ethics and Guidelines their members MUST abide by to retain the accreditation and guess what?
The director decided to wait until after the appeal of Casey’s case to take any action! ! !
To clarify, they are required to suspend a certification BY THEIR STANDARDS.
The director chose not to do ANYTHING until AFTER THE APPEAL IN THE SUPREME COURT !!!!!
In spite of their so-called standards and ethics their ‘certified guardians’ are to abide by.
They. Do. Not. Care.
Standards ? ! ? What standards?
Why get certified?
What is the point of having GUIDELINES, ETHICS and STANDARDS if no one has to follow them?
Are they getting paid to do nothing?
In order to allow individuals to put additional letters after their name on their signature?
Certified Guardians = More Pain and Suffering
What a racket!
There are no words!
Ultimately placing ALL members of this credentialing facility at risk.
So?
She doesn’t care!
Mr. Steven Hockenberry must have another ‘friend’ in the system.
No objectivity. No rules.
Lord of The Flies. Not a book. A real life Lord of the Flies!
The certification requirements for a Master guardian REQUIRES those certified to:
‘Agree to comply with the NGA Ethical Principles and the NGA Standards of Practice.’
‘Actively advocate for limited guardianship, alternatives to guardianship and restoration of wards.’
Yeah. Right.
